The JAZZCATS are a group of local musicians playing Jazz standards. From the Milton Village Green to the Merimbula Jazz Festival the JAZZCATS have been playing toe-tapping Swing, Latin, Funk, Blues and mainstream Jazz to the delight of their audiences. Nowra born talented musician George Bishop will perform is his first Sunday Session at Cupitt’s on Sunday 15th March from 12.30pm.

George Bishop has travelled around Australia, living in Canberra, Nhulunbuy and Broome among other places performing original blues/folk music. George is looking forward to singing his original songs, sharing his music and adding to the good vibes among the grapevines.

Harvest Feast Long Table Lunch

Join Cupitt’s Head Chef Russell Chinn and Budawang Elder and custodian of traditional Indigenous customs and culture of the Yuin Nation Noel and Trish Butler for a rare opportunity to experience a four-course collaboration lunch at Cupitt’s Estate. 

In this exclusive Sunday lunch event, enjoy a four-course menu that showcases local ingredients and native cooking methods that have sustained, healed and helped the Budawang people for tens of thousands of years paired with premium wines produced at Cupitt’s Estate.

Noel and Trish Butler with the Cupitt Chefs have created a unique menu featuring an incredible array of Indigenous ingredients, foraged locally and carefully prepared using traditional cooking techniques by Noel and our chefs.

Enjoy a cocktail on arrival made with native ingredients, as you gather around one of three fire pits eating Appellation Oysters cooked on the ashes of the campfire.

Progress into the dining room for a shared feasting menu, start with Cupitt Fromagerie Cheese, Macadamia and Warrigal Green Pistou and Steamed Mussels with Aniseed Myrtle. Then feast on Ash Roasted Whole Snapper, and Seared Kangaroo filet, marinated with Wattle Seed, Native Pepperberries and Bush Tomato. Finish off the long lunch with three delicious Canapé desserts, all featuring Indigenous ingredients including Bush Cherry, Lemon Myrtle, Pigface and Finger Lime. 

Each course is delicately paired with a glass of Cupitt’s Estate wine, handcrafted at our winery onsite and carefully chosen to complement the flavours of each dish.

Learn some Aboriginal language from Noel, and gain insight into how you can begin growing native ingredients at home.

Cupitt’s Winery hosts a monthly local produce market with delicious home grown fruit, vegetables and and other produce on the last Saturday of each month.

Come along and buy fresh local produce, and why not combine your visit with morning tea overlooking the winery, with Cornish scones, jam, clotted cream and the best coffee in town.

If you grow your own fruit, vegetables, herbs, flowers, plants, honey, eggs, jams or preserves, bring them along and take whatever you think is a fair trade, or sell some to the public. The market mornings are great fun and a way of meeting fellow gardening enthusiasts.

‘Professional’ growers are also invited to participate. There is no charge for bringing produce along, and it’s hoped over time that the event will develop into a fully fledged growers market, as well as a gardeners’ exchange opportunity.

There is often a surprise in store! One grower visiting the area recently bought along oranges and garlic from his Riverina farm; while a Clyde River oyster farmer may appear with a sack of oysters. Olive oils, preserves and rustic baskets have also made an appearance.

Brother’s Band will hit the stage at 1pm and play throughout the afternoon to ensure you enjoy your Easter to the max! Brothers are a four piece band based on the South Coast and they love to play a mix of blues, soul, pop, jazz, r n’ b, funk, reggae and indie tunes.

Our Cocktail Guru will show you how to create three cocktails, while you sip on a glass of bubbly and learn. Many of the cocktails use botanical ingredients sourced & foraged on-site at Cupitt’s Estate.

During the 1.5 hour masterclass, you’ll learn how to create classic cocktails, make different syrups and how to infuse base spirits with these botanicals to take your cocktail creations to a new level. Think Kaffir Lime Tequila or Orange Blossom Vodka. You’ll have a wonderful time learning how each drink is made as we explain each of the ingredients used.

Not only will you be learning the art of mixology, but you’ll enjoy an interactive evening where you get to taste the creations along the way.

You’ll then turn your hand to the cocktail making and be guided through making your very own cocktail whilst you are instructed how to balance the various elements to make it perfect to your taste.
