Apprentice Chef Wanted
We are looking for an Apprentice Chef to join our energetic and friendly team cooking seasonal contemporary food in a beautiful vineyard setting. The kitchen team are responsible for the regularly changing menu with a focus on seasonal produce that’s served in a vibrant restaurant and bar. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to learn and work with driven passionate chefs.
Our restaurant has been open for 9 and half years and is situated in a popular South Coast seaside town. The business is comprised of a Winery, Vineyard and Cellar Door, Restaurant, Brewery, Cheese Making room, Beef Farm, accommodation and is a popular destination for weddings.
The food has French and English influence with an emphasis on regional ingredients and produce from our Farm. The restaurant has earned a great reputation with both locals and visitors alike. The Kitchen Brigade work under Russell Chinn, a classically trained chef who has worked in some of the most renowned restaurants in the world. Russell offers a training program that assists Chefs progress quickly in their career.
