To create this wild union of beer and wine we added partially fermented Tempranillo (30%) to the wort and let it continue fermentation with native grape yeast. Tempranillo, sourced from the Hilltops region, adds rich colour and subtle tannins, complemented by raspberry, cherry, dark chocolate and hints of spice.
