This is a new creation from head brewer Liam Jackson. It is a beer fermented with Sangiovese grapes and native yeast.
To create this exciting union of grapes and grain, we add the wild-fermented Sangiovese to a dark roast wort and mature Pinot Noir Oak for 4 months. Aromas of Brettanomyces, sherbert and plums jump out of the glass followed by cocoa and sour cherry. The perfect gateway beer for any discerning wine drinker.
