The relationship between Australia’s Oyster Coast and Cupitt’s is reasonably new, but there was instant mutual respect for provenance. In winemaking, we refer to the ‘terroir’ with the desire to be able to taste a place in a wine. Similarly, in oyster farming, the flavour profile of the Sydney Rock Oyster will vary depending on its origin.
Cupitt’s and AOC are collaborating on this event to showcase the Appellation oysters of the South Coast and the wine and beer made at Cupitt’s including a Limited Release Oyster Stout.
A multi-course lunch highlighting oysters, matched perfectly with Cupitt’s premium wines and the NEW limited edition Appellation Oyster Stout containing Royal Show Gold winning Shoalhaven oysters.
