Our Viognier is grown in the cool climate, red granite soils of Young in the Hilltops region of NSW. The selected fruit was handpicked from a single vineyard and pressed as whole bunches. The juice went through wild yeast fermentation and remained on lees with the wine bottled in Spring. This wine leaps out of the glass with beautiful floral aromas and spice. The palate is long and inviting, with integrated fruit and oak supporting vibrant flavours of honeysuckle, apricot, lemon and spices.
