2018 Viognier

The selected fruit is handpicked from a single vineyard and pressed as whole bunches. The fruit went through wild yeast fermentation and secondary malolactic fermentation in barrel and remained on lees until it was bottled in Spring. The wine leaps out of the glass with beautiful floral aromas and spice. The palate is long and inviting, with integrated fruit and oak supporting vibrant fruit flavours of nashi pear, apricot and peach and earthy spices.
