Passion fruit is overflowing here at Cupitt’s Estate and we’re obsessed with adding it to everything.
Try this tropical twist on the classic refreshing Mule, perfect after a day in the gorgeous spring sun!
This recipe makes 2 cocktails.
4 nips (120mL) Vodka (pineapple or plain)
6 tablespoons of passion fruit (usually about 4-6 passion fruits)
2 teaspoons of lime juice
8 nips (240mL) of Ginger Beer or Ale
Divide the pulp, lime juice and mint leaves into tumbler glasses and muddle
Add in 2 nips of vodka to each glass and add ice.
Pour ginger beer over the ice and garnish with fresh mint.
Sip & Enjoy!
