Today Rosie used a new technique to make her blue cheese. The technique uses the combination of cow and goats’ milk. We are excited because by combining the two types of milk we will see the cows’ milk add to the rich creamy texture and complexity of this cheese. It’s going to be a long six week wait to taste this creation!
