Our Mulberry Tree at Cupitt’s is thriving and we have knocked up a delicious Garden to Glass cocktail – The Mulberry Bramble!

Similar to the paddock-to-plate approach to cooking and dining, Cupitt’s also embraces the garden-to-glass philosophy of bringing garden-fresh fruits and herbs from the extensive on-site Kitchen Garden, into the restaurant and bar. It can be something as simple as infusing grapefruit skins, kaffir lime leaves or orange blossoms in a base spirit to really bump up the flavour. 


45 ml Tangueray Gin
15 ml Lemon juice
15 ml housemade Mulberry Syrup
10 ml Creme de Mure float


Shake and serve on crushed ice and garnished with a Mulberry. Enjoy!
