Movember at Cupitt’s Estate Kitchen10 November 2020 – posted in: Restaurant

The Cupitt’s Estate kitchen team are coming together this Movember to raise much needed funds and awareness for men’s health.

With nearly all suicides in Australian men deemed to be preventable, there is a lot of work to be done in showing men of all ages within our community that they have a space to be heard, and they are not alone in their struggles. It’s time to change what it means to be a man in Australia.

Working in a fast paced environment like a high performing restaurant kitchen is stressful, and has been a big motivator behind raising awareness for our own mental health here at Cupitt’s Estate, and within the wider community. It’s okay not to be okay. But it’s not okay to ignore the issues and it’s time to create change within our circles of connection.

Together, with your help we can improve men’s health in Australia. Get behind the Cupitt’s Estate kitchen Movember campaign, appreciate these handsome fella’s (and participating ladies!) top lips and most of all, let’s help Aussie men live longer, healthier lives. Donate here now! If you’re not in a position to donate, why not reach out to the men in your life, check in and listen instead.

Our target is to raise $1,411 for the 1,411 men this country will lose to suicide, prostate & testicular cancer from October to December this year. Let’s smash this target as a community and fix men’s health for good.
