Spring is in the air and we would love to share a delicious Garden to Glass recipe with you all to be enjoyed over these warmer days – Grapefruit Margarita!


Similar to the paddock-to-plate approach to cooking and dining, Cupitt’s also embraces the garden-to-glass philosophy of bringing garden-fresh fruits and herbs from the extensive on-site Kitchen Garden, into the restaurant and bar. It can be something as simple as infusing grapefruit skins, kaffir lime leaves or orange blossoms in a base spirit to really bump up the flavour. 

Ingredients

45ml Grapefruit Tequila (we infuse our grapefruit skins in the tequila overnight to boost the flavour of this cocktail!)

15ml Cointreau

30ml Grapefruit Juice

15ml Lime Juice

10ml Sugar Syrup (recipe here)

Method

Shake and double strain. Top with diced grapefruit.
