Cupitt Gardeners Adrian and Gav used a mixture of worm castings, dolomite and rock dust to get their mini cauliflowers maxi this year!
Worm castings: Any nutrients and minerals go into a worm farm come from kitchen scraps, come out in a form that is more easily absorbed by plants. They also contain millions of beneficial bacteria and other organisms.
Dolomite: It is a type of limestone that provides valuable nutrients to plants. It helps change the pH of the soil by raising it to match the plants’ needs.
Rock Dust (or Rock Minerals): Contain trace elements essential to healthy plant growth.
