We would love to share a delicious garden to glass recipe with you all to be enjoyed over these warmer days – Foxy Lady!

Similar to the paddock-to-plate approach to cooking and dining, Cupitt’s also embraces the garden-to-glass philosophy of bringing garden-fresh fruits and herbs from the extensive on-site Kitchen Garden, into the restaurant and bar. It can be something as simple as infusing grapefruit skins, kaffir lime leaves or orange blossoms in a base spirit to really bump up the flavour.


45ml Hendricks Gin

15ml Cherry Liqueur

30ml Lemon Juice

10ml Agave Syrup


Shake and strain over ice into glass. Top with Blood Orange Soda and crushed ice. Garnish with Angostura Bitters and fresh mint.
