Yoga on the South Coast has grown and there are  a number of practitioners doing some wonderful things.  At Cupitt’s we believe that everything is all about balance, so after enjoying a wonderful day out eating and drinking at Cupitt’s Winery, you may want to find a yoga class to restore the balance.

Dolphin Point Yoga

Himani’s classes are a Vinyasa style, synchronising breath and movement through flowing sequences of postures, cultivating breath awareness, physical wellbeing and inner stillness. Tracey Gunn Holistic Health Coach

Plus a Raw Food Chef, Botanical Skin Care Alchemist and Yoga Teacher on the South Coast. Tracey runs a class called Balance & Restore Yoga at the Old Church in Milton on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights (bookings required). She is also available for private bookings with a focus on the mind body connection through connection with breath, focused movement and guided meditation. Moo Dath is a a yoga teacher, trapeze artist, calisthenics coach, strength and conditioning coach and ninja warrior wanna be! Moo teaches yoga classes at Rogue Fitness Ulladulla and takes private students and groups for everything above and is also available for Hen’s Weekends, Birthday or Girl’s Getaway Weekends! She can tailor the yoga lesson to suit all levels and bring all the stuff we need. These are enjoyable and can be as easy or hard as you want them to be. Book at a location of your choice, whether it be a park or the beach and halls can be booked with the fee on-charged to you.

Yoga for families, kids and teens

Empowering families and the community to find magic in the practice of yoga. Specialising in nurturing healthy minds, bodies and souls for toddlers to young adults through the practice of Yoga, mindfulness, connection to self, community and the environment. Including yoga and mindfulness for young spirits 3 to 18 years, adult wellbeing workshops, environmental and waste free living workshops and private yoga therapy classes for children. Outdoor and Indoor Yoga, Pilates and Meditation

Kerri offers classes in her Ulladulla studio as well as sunrise beach yoga sessions. Zen Yoga in Ulladulla takes place around sunrise 3 times a week, you just need to touch base with Kerri to find out when/where it will be happening during your visit to the area. Husky Yoga Studio
