Our Express Lunch is available Thursdays and Fridays during the Winter months. Each week we will feature a dish from one of our kitchen team.

This week’s Express Lunch Menu was designed by chef Paul Ryan. His inspiration for the dish was training with a German Chef and cooking in restaurants and hotels around Australia which introduced him to multicultural cuisine – European Asian and Middle Eastern. He found the people and food all as interesting as each other. Paul says ‘he really loves spending a day off with his loved ones putting together a nice meal for friends and family or just enjoying the day together.’

This week’s Express Lunch:
Cupitt’s Paneer and Pumpkin Kofta served with an Aromatic Curry sauce, House Pickles and Rice.

The Express lunch is a great way to get out of the office and enjoy a quick break. It’s just $29!

We are unable to make variations to the series, however our regular a la carte menu will also be available.
