Spring is the perfect time to reconnect with your garden and prepare for a Summertime Harvest.   At Cupitt’s we are committed to sustainable gardening and have enlisted Adrian Baida of My Square  Metre to design and maintain our Kitchen Garden.  We want to share Adrian’s experience and enthusiasm with you in a memorable garden workshop on Sunday 17th September from 10am-Noon.

 

Learn:

-What plants and pests are in season and how to adapt and work with these seasonal changes.

-How to replenish and maintain healthy soil using nature based techniques.

-How to rotate your crops and design your plantings to make the most of your gardening space.

 

The Workshop will Include:

-A work book for learning and reference.

-A Three Course Meal at Cupitt’s  Kitchen  on conclusion featuring many of the vegetables, herbs and edible flowers grown organically in our kitchen garden.

-A Surprise Gift to  kick start your Spring Garden.

 

Your Instructor Adrian Baiada is an Urban Farmer and Educator who combined his passion for real food and over 14 years of experience in community engagement and environmental sustainability to create My Square Metre. My Square Metre loves working with communities and individuals to help get them growing their own food.   Adrian holds a Bachelors Degree with Honours in Landscape Management and Conservation and Certificates in Biological Agriculture, Permaculture and a Cert. 4 Training and Assessment.

Tickets are $135 per person and Numbers are Limited- with just 20 Spots Available.
