Harvest Feast Long Table Lunch – Tickets available


In light of the current health situation the format of Harvest Feast has been adapted, it will no longer be a long-table event, rather a delicious lunch on your own tables. Enjoy the breeze of the outdoors as you experience the flavours of indigenous ingredients. Sadly Noel and Trish are unable to attend due to immune vulnerability, but don’t miss this unique opportunity to try the wonderful menu they’ve created in collaboration with Cupitt Chefs.

Join Cupitt’s Head Chef Russell Chinn and Budawang Elder and custodian of traditional Indigenous customs and culture of the Yuin Nation Noel and Trish Butler for a rare opportunity to experience a four-course collaboration lunch at Cupitt’s Estate. 

In this exclusive Sunday lunch event, enjoy a four-course menu that showcases local ingredients and native cooking methods that have sustained, healed and helped the Budawang people for tens of thousands of years paired with premium wines produced at Cupitt’s Estate.

Noel and Trish Butler with the Cupitt Chefs have created a unique menu featuring an incredible array of Indigenous ingredients, foraged locally and carefully prepared using traditional cooking techniques by Noel and our chefs.

Enjoy a cocktail on arrival made with native ingredients, as you gather around one of three fire pits eating Appellation Oysters cooked on the ashes of the campfire.

Progress into the dining room for a shared feasting menu, start with Cupitt Fromagerie Cheese, Macadamia and Warrigal Green Pistou and Steamed Mussels with Aniseed Myrtle. Then feast on Ash Roasted Whole Snapper, and Seared Kangaroo filet, marinated with Wattle Seed, Native Pepperberries and Bush Tomato. Finish off the long lunch with three delicious Canapé desserts, all featuring Indigenous ingredients including Bush Cherry, Lemon Myrtle, Pigface and Finger Lime. 

Each course is delicately paired with a glass of Cupitt’s Estate wine, handcrafted at our winery onsite and carefully chosen to complement the flavours of each dish.

Learn some Aboriginal language from Noel, and gain insight into how you can begin growing native ingredients at home.
