Coastal Chef Cookbook coverCelebrate the locally produced cookbook ‘Coastal Chef, the Culinary Art of Seaweed and Algae in the 21st Century’. The cookbook features fifty recipes from nineteen Australian chefs, using a selection of twenty-eight different seaweed and algae. The book features nine Chefs from the Milton Ulladulla District. Cupitt’s Winery and Restaurant will host a long table lunch, with Russell Chinn, Rosie Cupitt and Emma-Kate Hoskins showcasing their innovation and talent for working with seaweed and algae.
