Celebrate the locally produced cookbook ‘Coastal Chef, the Culinary Art of Seaweed and Algae in the 21st Century’. The cookbook features fifty recipes from nineteen Australian chefs, using a selection of twenty-eight different seaweed and algae. The book features nine Chefs from the Milton Ulladulla District. Cupitt’s Winery and Restaurant will host a long table lunch, with Russell Chinn, Rosie Cupitt and Emma-Kate Hoskins showcasing their innovation and talent for working with seaweed and algae.
