Our Drinks List features wine produced by the Cupitt family here at Washburton Farm as well as other wines we consider to be excellent examples of their variety and region and a good match for our local produce-driven menu. Our list also includes a great selection of local craft beers made on site in the Cupitt Craft Brewers Microbrewery, and some of our favourite cocktails.

Our Drinks List features wine and beer produced by the Cupitt family here at Washburton Farm, Ulladulla. The winemaking duties have been handed over from Rosie Cupitt to her sons
Wally and Tom, however they still work as a team in deciding the style of wines
with the fruit we receive each vintage. Whilst every vintage is unique the
essence of each variety is carried over each year.

We grow Sauvignon and Semillon and source fruit from growers in the Hilltops, Wamboin, Tumbarumba, Orange and the Southern Highlands to make unique, single vineyard wines.

Our philosophy has remained the same since we started making wine in 2007. We embrace old world methods with new world technology, using minimal intervention with each batch of grapes to achieve the best wine. Our aim is to produce handmade wines that directly reflect the region in which they are grown. Simple methods are always best and we ensure we have the best oak to balance the fruit and alcohol.

It is our view, that nothing lifts a good plate of food as much as well
matched wine alongside it. We offer wine pairing suggestions on the menu for this reason; to enhance the dining experience.

The Cupitt Craft Brewers Microbrewery was established in 2014 producing a range of popular ales, seasonal beers, experimental styles and a traditional English ale on the Handpump. Try our Tasting paddle to sample the range or ask your server for a recommendation.

Moving with the Seasons, we are pleased to offer a range of ‘Garden to Glass’ cocktails made with Kitchen Garden syrups and herbal infusions as well as the classics. Our cocktails provide the perfect introduction to the Cupitt Experience. We also provide the ideal finish with more than 40 whiskies from Scotland and around the world plus a range of grappa, cognac and armagnac available.

Many of the Cupitt wines on the list are available for sale in the Cellar Door. You can ask your waiter about our Cellar Door price list or pop into the Cellar Door for a complimentary wine tasting. Ask about Cupitt’s VIP Wine Club; which gives you a
20% discount on Cellar Door wine purchases and 10% in the restaurant.

Griff Cupitt works tirelessly behind the scenes here at Cupitt’s. We brew this beer for him – it’s his tipple of choice after a days work. Fermented cold with a German lager yeast, we add new-world hops for a subtle twist. Extended maturation leads to a beer that ticks all the boxes

Mosaic Session Ale  3.5% ABV, 25 IBU 285ml 7 425ml 10

This single hop ale features the distinctive Mosaic hop. Passionfruit and papaya aromas jump out of the glass, from an easy going package that is restrained in bitterness.

Cupitt Pale Ale  5.2% ABV, 45 IBU 285ml 7 425ml 10

Pale Ale at the amber end of the spectrum packed full of US Cascade Hops & a nice dose of Crystal Malts mixed with the Golden Promise Base Malt.

Whey Stout  5.0% ABV, 35 IBU 285ml 8 425ml 11

This sweet stout is made with the addition of cow’s milk whey leftover from making our Croobyar cheese in the fromagerie. The whey is rich in lactose, which is un-fermentable by brewing yeast, and accentuates the rich chocolate characters of the beer.

IPA  6.5% ABV, 60 IBU 285ml 9 425ml 12

Classic west coast style Indian Pale Ale with plenty of pine, citrus and tropical notes. A balanced malt backbone with a bold bitter finish

Cupitt Mild (Hand Pump)  4.4% ABV, 19 IBU 285ml 7 425ml 10

This traditional ale presents a mousse-like head and a silky, creamy mouthfeel thanks to its serving method. Aromas of toffee dominate from the heavy-handed use of caramelised malts, with dried fruit like esters also apparent, British ale yeast used.
