Our Drinks List features wine and beer produced by the Cupitt family here at Washburton Farm, Ulladulla. Our list also features some of our favourite cocktails.
Our list is always evolving and on the day, may differ from the one above.
The winemaking duties have been handed over from Rosie Cupitt to her sons Wally and Tom, however they still work as a team in deciding the style of wines with the fruit we receive each vintage. Whilst every vintage is unique the essence of each variety is carried over each year.
We grow Sauvignon and Semillon and source fruit from growers in the Hilltops, Wamboin, Tumbarumba, Orange and the Southern Highlands to make unique, single vineyard wines.
Our philosophy has remained the same since we started making wine in 2007. We embrace old world methods with new world technology, using minimal intervention with each batch of grapes to achieve the best wine. Our aim is to produce handmade wines that directly reflect the region in which they are grown. Simple methods are always best and we ensure we have the best oak to balance the fruit and alcohol.
It is our view, that nothing lifts a good plate of food as much as well
matched wine alongside it. We offer wine pairing suggestions on the menu for this reason; to enhance the dining experience.
The Cupitt Craft Brewers Microbrewery was established in 2014 producing a range of popular ales, seasonal beers, experimental styles and a traditional English ale on the Handpump. Try our Tasting paddle to sample the range or ask your server for a recommendation.
Moving with the Seasons, we are pleased to offer a range of ‘Garden to Glass’ cocktails made with Kitchen Garden syrups and herbal infusions as well as the classics. Our cocktails provide the perfect introduction to the Cupitt Experience.
Many of the Cupitt wines on the list are available for sale in the Cellar Door. You can ask your waiter about our Cellar Door price list or pop into the Cellar Door for a complimentary wine tasting. Ask about Cupitt’s VIP Wine Club; which gives you a
20% discount on Cellar Door wine purchases and 10% in the restaurant.
