Celebrate Bastille Day at Cupitt’s13 July 2018 – posted in: Event News

So it’s BASTILLE DAY on Saturday 14th of July! To celebrate the downfall of the Bourgeoisie, we’re eating French Classics and drinking French inspired cocktails, just as the real Révolutionaries would have done!

At Cupitt’s we firmly believe in celebrating French culture and Bastille Day is the perfect day to do this. Here are a few reasons why Cupitt’s is the perfect place to celebrate all things French.

Head Chef Russell Chinn has some great classic French dishes on the Specials board – enjoy
Free Range Crooked River “Coq Au Vin” with Mushroom Mash
and Tarte Tatin, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Calvados Caramel

The french firmly believe that great food needs great drinks so we have wine (of course) but also some great cocktail specials available in honour of Bastille Day including a French Negroni, French Tart and French 75.

Rosie Cupitt has been making French inspired cheese at Cupitt Fromagerie. We recommend you celebrate Bastille Day enjoying our Crottin, Bouche, Volcano, Comte, Tomme and Brie.

We fancy ourselves as a Little Piece of Provenance on the South Coast. Come and see why?
