Wow your family and friends with this simple yet delicious snack. The perfect addition to any grazing board, or package up for a unique hand-made gift.

INGREDIENTS
250g Raw Hazelnuts
125g Icing Sugar
50mL Vodka

METHOD
1. Put the nuts, icing sugar and vodka in a pan and continually stir over a medium heat until the sugar crystalizes around the nuts.
2. Remove from the heat and scatter over greaseproof paper
3. Allow to cool before using.
4. Serve as a snack, in a salad or as part of a grazing board. Even package up in an airtight jar and give as home-made gifts this Christmas!
