Rosie & Griff Cupitt in Paris

We recently returned from a trip to France, made all the more special by the fabulous apartment we rented in Paris with the help of Apartments Actually. They do a great job at sourcing the best apartments in Paris, which takes the worry out of apartment rental when you live so far away. Coupled with their outstanding customer service and local knowledge of restaurants and things to do, it made our visit so memorable.

Another wonderful stay during our trip was at Les Bruhasses in the Gascogne, described by the Figaro in April 2014 as “the best bed and breakfast in France”. The 18th century house was once a large farm and vineyard, and is surrounded by a 3 hectare park and the vineyards of Armagnac. Hosts Helen and John not only provide the most delicious breakfasts, but their knowledge of the local heritage, wines, producers and walks ensured that our visit was full of ‘off the beaten track’ experiences.
