It is Beetroot harvest time here at Cupitt’s and what better time than sharing with you our delicious Beetroot Hummus Dip Recipe. A healthy nutrient-packed dip great for entertaining or snack to share.

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 Medium sized cooked Beetroots
  • 1 Tin of Chickpeas
  • 60g Chickpea Water
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

 

Method

Step 1:

Place all ingredients into a food processor and puree until super smooth.

Step 2:

If too thick then add more water until the consistency is perfect.

Step 3:

Taste and adjust seasoning.

Step 4:

Enjoy!
