We are looking for someone that will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service via phone, email and social media for our customers. They’ll also  provide business and operations management support for the team by ensuring the day to day operational requirements of the business are executed efficiently and effectively. They’ll lead a small administration team and work alongside them in bringing the best customer service to our customers every time.

Cupitt’s Estate is a multi-faceted hospitality, food and tourism business. Your warm and welcoming smile, positive can-do attitude and a willingness to ensure that our guests have a memorable visit are all attributes that come naturally to you.

> Current computer and computer software skills and knowledge

> A friendly and outgoing personality

> Ability to implement new procedures

> Ideally, with previous hospitality or tourism experience and knowledge of reservation systems. 

> Strong literacy and numeracy skills
