Cupitt Craft Brewers has been operating since October 2014. Winemakers Wally and Tom Cupitt dreamed for many years about opening a brewery on the property to pair local produce with their beer as well as wine.
Before Wally was making wine he was a fanatic home brewer and honed his brewing skills with a work experience stint at the 4 Pines Brewery in Manly. Tom’s passion for craft beer stems from his time living in London where he fell in love the their traditional ales and lively beer culture.
All our beers are single batch and brewed in a 300L microbrewery on the property. Our beers are unpasteurised, unfiltered and preservative free. Our processes are simple but aim to retain as much flavour from the ingredients; hops, malt, yeast and water as possible.
Cupitt Craft Brewers beer selection is available to sample Wednesday – Sunday at our Brewery Bar from 10am till 5pm. Tasting Paddles are available and include a choice of 4 beers for $12 (equivalent to 1 pint). Cupitt’s Brewery Bar features 5 Keg Draught Beer Taps and 1 Cask Ale Handpump Beer. We also have Tours available, read more about them here.
